What is LiteManage?
A lightweight CRM for service businesses: customers, appointments, reminders, a simple sales pipeline, tax invoices, staff and expenses. It doesn’t record sales or take payments — for a till on your phone, see LiteRegister.
How much does LiteManage cost?
It depends on how many people sign in. Solo is AED 29 ($8) a month for 1 user, Team AED 59 ($16) for 3 users, and Business AED 179 ($49) for 10 users. Any package can add extra users at AED 19 ($5) each. More than 10 users? Contact us for a custom plan. A user is anyone who signs in, including invites not yet accepted. Outsourced staff who don't sign in are free — up to 10. See pricing for the details.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days, with unlimited users and no card. Choose a package when you’re ready; if you have more users than it covers, nobody loses access — you just can’t add more until you’re within it.
How do I log in?
With your phone number. We send a one-time code on WhatsApp — no password to remember.
Can I change my plan or cancel?
Any time, from the Plans page. More users apply straight away; a smaller plan starts at your next renewal. If you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Who can see my customers’ notes?
Notes you write about a customer or supplier are private to you — not visible to your other staff, and not shown to the customer. Appointment notes are visible to any staff member managing bookings, so colleagues can cover for each other.
Can I switch to LiteRegister later?
Yes — message us or email support@litelab.io and we’ll move you. Your customers, staff and history stay exactly as they are — nothing is lost.
Does it work outside the UAE?
Yes. LiteManage has no country restriction, and it bills in AED or USD.
Does it work on my computer or tablet?
Yes — in any browser, on any device. There’s no separate app to install, and every feature works the same everywhere.
Why isn’t this an app I download from the App Store?
It’s a web app on purpose. New features and fixes reach you the moment we ship them — no waiting for App Store or Play Store approval, nothing to download or update.
Is my customers’ data sold or shared?
Never sold. Used only to run the app for you. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
What business categories are supported?
Salons & grooming: Men's Salon, Ladies Salon, Spa / Massage, Nail / Lash Studio and Pet Grooming. Automotive & repair: Car Garage, Car Wash / Detailing and Mobile Repair. Home & trade services: Laundry / Dry Cleaning, Home Cleaning, Handyman, AC Repair and Pest Control. We also cover Photo Studio, Tailor / Alterations, Gym, Yoga Studio and Freelancer. Each category starts you off with a set of typical services, which you can rename, remove or add to. Don’t see your business? Select Other / General — you start with a blank slate and add your own services, exactly as you work.
What’s a lightweight CRM?
A CRM that does customer records, appointments and reminders — and nothing you have to configure before it’s useful. LiteManage is built that way: no funnels to configure, no workflow builder, just the tools a service business actually uses.
Do I need training to use this?
No. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use LiteManage — that’s the whole design goal.
