How it works
- A user is anyone who signs in, including invites not yet accepted.
- Outsourced staff who don't sign in are free — up to 10.
- More users apply straight away; a smaller plan starts at your next renewal.
- If you have more users than your plan covers, nobody loses access — you just can’t add more until you’re within it.
- Billed in AED when your account shows amounts in AED, otherwise in USD.
- Cancel any time; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
